They should have let loyal long-time customers know they were closing!!
I used this company before the change of ownership. It remains an excellent business. They found a way to maneuver an affordable price for a new system after the flood and have continued to honor the quirks that have come with it. Even coming out on a Saturday when we could have ended up in a motel because of the heat. I highly recommend them. Honest people with a great work ethic.
