Cares more about the golf course. Very unnecessarily rough with 12 week old baby. Not informative what so ever. Thank god he is not our primary or else we would have to find a new practice.
Not compassionate. Argumentative. Poor customer service from the entire office. 30+ minute wait times.
I've been bringing my four kids to this practice for about 14 years. I almost always have a terrific experience. We've seen many of the docs here but Dr. Wall's diagnostic expertise is top-notch. I once brought in a sick child and he took one look at her and said, "That looks like strep throat." And he was right. Great practice with tons of doc and nurse practitioners, super easy to schedule sick visits.
Horrible experience! Brought my 4- & 2-yr-olds in because they both were running fevers for a few days (as high as 104/105) & displaying flu-like symptoms. Dr. Wall came in to exam our kids. Did nothing but the routine check-up. Didn't do a swab for flu or anything. Told him my son was complaining about itchiness, and he didn't even look at his skin. Just told me to put some lotion on him. Well son broke out in hives after that visit & we went to see a different doctor!
