I've had the pleasure of doing business with Judy and Carlos at wall street title on multiple occasions. I distinctly recall a closing for one of my clients that I was unable to make it to last minute. The client called me upon leaving to let me know what a pleasant experience it had been, she was closing on her home that she was selling and buying another property at the same time. I do not recommend this agency at all. A while ago we used this title company to close the purchase of our new home and they did not do a good job, because the seller asked us for time to move to their new house and as a guarantee this company had to charge them the value for 1 month of mortgage and they never did, when we asked for the money they never had it and were not responsible for their poor work and incompetence.
