I was referred to Dr. Juan Gil as a new patient, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I felt completely unheard and disrespected during my visit. I was so upset that I needed to sit in my car and process my feelings afterward. I expected a more compassionate and attentive approach, but that was not my experience.
