We hired WS HOA Management about 4 years ago. Mark is our manager and we are extremely happy with his leadership and patience with us through many projects we've done together. Also we love the monthly financial reports that they email us timely. They are informative and easy to understand. If you're looking for a proactive HOA firm, give them a call.

Wall Street HOA Management took over our 42 unit community of single family units 3 years ago and they have been doing an amazing job of managing our community. Ray has been our manager and he is knowledgeable when it comes to construction, Davis Sterling and overall HOA matters. I recommend them if you have an HOA.
This HOA Management company has been managing our HOA in Encino for 7 years now. We are very happy overall, our manager, Tina has never changed and she has helped us improve our deferred maintenance big time. Also, Anthony from their accounting has helped us several times with our budget and general qualifications. Our entire community is happy with them.
