Just say no. Do not hire them and if they are your HOA, I highly suggest you move onto another company. I would love to go into detail, but it will only fall on deaf ears because they don’t read their reviews nor care about them. It’s an awful company who often doesn’t have your HOA unit interest in mind. They mismanage, and get wrong bills and sent you vendors that shoot you at the foot. Please avoid. We have been stuck with this company for over 5+ years and can’t take it anymore.
