The clinic was in network, but I called ahead to time to make sure my insurance covers my FREE annual physical at their clinic. The receptionist (Flora) claimed she checked with my insurance and everything was ALL covered. However, I had to pay a $30 "convenience fee" after my appointment, which they didn't tell me, even though I asked her again if everything is covered before walking in to see my doctor.
