Excellent technical skills by Hygienist and Doctor Wall. Great interpersonal skills also.
Very unprofessional. Requested all records be emailed to Tufts in Boston (was about to undergo procedure to save tooth bridge is attached to). Wall left for over a week & Tufts is awaiting MY RECORDS which I have PAID FOR. Cleaning @ Dr Walls' Had teeth cleaned 3 wks prior to Tuft's appointment. Tufts did a full cleaning .5 hrs & asked if I was sure cleaning was done 3 WKS AGO. Not only cleaned, but Dr. Wall cked after cleaning & didn't say one word that it was a VERY POOR CLEANING WHICH HAS TO BE REDONE.
Dr. Wall has been my dentist for decades. Wonderful doctor and great staff. I higly recommend him and his team.
Highly professional doctor. Neat and clean place and very nice personnel.
