They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The dentist was very good but the receptionist (Christine) tried to over charge me and got upset when I had to postpone my treatment because I learned that I had a heart condition. She demanded money immediately. She was very inconsiderate. It was not my fault that my cardiologist ordered me to postpone the treatment.
