Superb attention to my medical concerns
Superb attention to my medical concerns
2 1/2 hours is excessive for a routine eye exam and it only ended at that point after I told the front desk I had to leave for another appointment. The doctor is very nice but spoke with a friend about her vacation arrangements at the front desk for 15 minutes and another friend behind closed doors for another 15. Totally inappropriate. Everyone’s time is valuable and this should be considered when patients are on premises. As a business owner myself, it’s just bad business practice on her part.
