I have always feel welcome and be cared for when I am there ! Especially I got help to bring my mobile scooter in and out! Very punctual and attentive!
Nothing but the best service from the dentists and staff. Always a pleasant experience.
Had a dental emergency and was very fortunate to find Wall Centre Dental. They were able to fit me in and get me fixed up very quickly and were very helpful in explaining options and navigating CDP, insurance etc. All of the staff were great, highly recommend.
SEE OBSERVATION AT THE END: Dr. Roshaun was professional, but the so called “Patient Care Coordinator”, was really detrimental to my treatment there. She was supposed to submit a treatment plan and request for coverage to the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and she did it in a most careless way possible, great lowering the level of professionalism, and showing no attention or desire to advocate on a patient interest! This dental office was amazing. We were on vacation from America getting ready to cruise and my crown came off. They saw me right away. ..fixed it perfectly and saved our good time for the cruise. I appreciate all of them for taking such good care of me. Thank you again!!!!
