I won a one month membership to this gym years ago from a tricky tray. I knew before the month was up that I had found a home. The members are extremely supportive and kind and welcoming. The coaches are incredibly encouraging and smart. They all bring something different to the table so that the members get a well-rounded experience. All three of my kids have also been members here. My son wrestles with FLOW. My daughters have gone to acro classes and youth boxing!
I joined Wall Athletics to lose a few pounds. I did not anticipate to find myself surrounded by an amazing community of people who push and motivate you to be your best self. I’m very lucky that the coaches haven’t just helped me, but also my kids build muscle, confidence and develop good/healthy habits. Thank you Coaches Austin, Jackie, Vic and of course Justin!
We’ve had a great experience sending our 11 year old to Wall Athletics. Justin Glennon has been phenomenal, and I’ve seen a dramatic increase in my son’s confidence and strength since starting. Highly recommend!
