It has been my experience that communication is non-existent with this company. After hiring Walkup Tree Service to trim multiple trees on my property and finding the requested work that was listed on the estimate incomplete I spent the next 7 to 8 months calling them asking to resolve this issue. Not one phone call was returned. There was no effort on their part to contact me to talk about my complaint. Great Service I have used Walkup Tree Service on many occasions and have had excellent experience with them. The work is done right, they come when they say they will, clean up the site very well, and minimize any collateral damage. The prices are reasonable.
Disappointed I was referred to this service by a friend. I have placed 2 calls in the last month with no response at all. Very disappointed there is no communication from this company. Interested or not in the job, this business owner should make a point of calling back potential customers.
Great Job, Lyle! I am glad to be the first one to rate Lyle's Walkup Tree Service. We have had him remove five trees from our property due to poorly planted trees and wind damage from storms. He has also given us advice on how to treat the remaining trees in our yard and what to plant to replace that which has been removed. He is quick to respond, fair priced, and hard working.
