We bought a house late last year, and have since enchanted two electrical issues. Both times, I contacted Walkowiak Electric because they had successfully resolved an issue at our prior house. Both issues were resolve by Walkowiak during the diagnostic phase, and no further work was required.
This company is no longer Walkowiak, was bought by Jim Bortman, and has not earned any of these good reviews. I had the misfortune of hiring Jim and his team to do a lot of work, and they made a mess of everything they touched and refused to take responsibility for it. When I started bringing my concerns up to Jim, I was shocked at his childish and combative responses to me. Upgraded entire house ungrounded receptacles to modern 3-wire grounded, with GFCI where needed. Very pleased that they could fit our job into a tight timeframe. Listened to our concerns and responded quickly and professionally.
Highly recommend Walkowiak Electric Super responsive, fair pricing, and truly amazing customer service. Brian S did an excellent job was without power over night now we're back up and going. Thanks again Brian S
