First of all, I want to clarify that I am very respect and thankful to my Dr. Madelaine Kukko. Here what I want to say is not related to her at all. Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk. I wish this review can get attention from their management department. I called regarding a sensitive health issue and was told I had no option but to see a male doctor, despite expressing discomfort. Dr Riley has been our doctor since she came to the clinic. She is everything you are looking for in a doctor. She knows her stuff, is professional but empathetic, thorough, kind, patient and connects with her patients. She is just as great with my middle age concerns as she has been with my children’s childhood/teen/young adult concerns. We feel really lucky to have her as a doctor.

I have went to this doctor for over 20 years now and Dr. Naveen Soni is absolutely amazing! But unfortunately his receptionist staff are terrible, extremely rude and not understanding at all. I’ve worked in customer service and the medical world and I would never act how they do. They ignore you, no empathy at all. Extremely dismissive. Dr. Soni is amazing and kind and empathetic but as someone with extreme anxiety, I’ll put off appointments for months just to avoid the receptionists.
