Great Clinic. Dr. Ramachandram is courteous professional provide all the informations needed for my health and a balance lifestyle to stay healthy.
I have went to this doctor for over 20 years now and Dr. Naveen Soni is absolutely amazing! But unfortunately his receptionist staff are terrible, extremely rude and not understanding at all. I’ve worked in customer service and the medical world and I would never act how they do. They ignore you, no empathy at all. Extremely dismissive. Dr. Soni is amazing and kind and empathetic but as someone with extreme anxiety, I’ll put off appointments for months just to avoid the receptionists.
Dr Ramashandran is a wonderful kind doctor with amazing bed side manner. My family is lucky to have her.
