I am in shock how this hospital is still open. The veterinarians there are very negligent and do not have much knowledge in veterinary science. My pet suffered enormously and they did not know how to treat him. They are totally unable to do the right diagnosis.
I do not recommend this hospital at all. The veterinarians there do not know what they are doing. Your pet will leave the hospital more sick than when you brought him in.
I can’t say enough good things about Walkley Animal Hospital. My youngest cat was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure about six months ago now. From day one Dr. Dhaliwal and the entire team have been incredibly kind and supportive. The night my cat was diagnosed he was severely dehydrated and needed fluids ASAP. They stayed after hours to ensure my boy received the iv fluids he needed. I'm so grateful for the care he's receiving. Having recently moved to Ottawa, I was nervous and scared when my cat started showing symptoms of being sick. I read reviews for vet clinics all over Ottawa, and Walkley’s reviews were too good to pass up. The vet techs and Dr. Dhaliwal showed great urgency and were so kind to us. They were gentle with my boy and scheduled a surgery the next day! His surgery went well and he was home that evening already showing signs of recovery.
