Dr. Fairbairn and Devon are AMAZING! From making my first appointment, to the portal, to walking in the office and meeting everyone, etc it was easy and enjoyable. Dr. Fairbairns’ bedside manner is set apart, she listens to understand and not to respond, she truly cares about her patients. If you need a primary care provider, look no further. 10 out of 10!
Dr. Bessie is an amazing physician! As a woman I value someone who makes you feel comfortable and cared for without the cold stoic doctor stigma. I highly recommend this practice!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Fairbairn for a few months now and she is the first doctor that has made me comfortable and feel heard as a fat woman. She is supportive and empathetic, does her vitals herself and she remembers things I’ve told her during my very first appointment. I feel like a patient instead of just a copay to her. Dr Fairbairn is incredibly communicative, answering messages through the portal same day and even on weekends. I’m so glad I found her office.
Dr. Bessie is an enthusiastic listener. She makes you feel like you’re the only appointment that day. She’s comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely so helpful! Not to mention, she isn’t dry like some doctors can be- and very relatable. I’m so glad I found her last month for a freak exercise activity, and when I had concerns about my current medication management I knew she would be the right place to help.
