I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The clinic itself is well lit, ordered and efficient, and the receptionist was both polite and helpful. There was very little waiting time. The Doctor was clearly professional and resolved my medical issue in a few short minutes. I can't thank them enough and I highly recommend the location for anyone requiring their services!
Walking Mobility at RBC (close to UNION Station); I been getting exceptional customer service from Lisa and Natasha. They are both very attentive, follow through on request. Also, they both have the patience to deal with my orthopedic experience. I have ordered a few pairs of orthotics and they have arrived in a timely fashion. I have gotten great advice from Lisa on feet care. I recommend this location. I will continue to go there for treatment.

Got referred to this clinic by my doctor as I had a problem with my toe in the morning. It's supposed to be a walk-in clinic as well as an appointment one, but despite saying they'll be open at 9, I am still currently sitting here as I'm writing this review at 9:25am and there is still no one here.
I spent over $1000 on shoes and orthotics and they still don't fit. I went to numerous appointments to fix the orthotics, took time off work to go, and it still didn't fit even after redoing it. I eventually gave up. He also told me to buy multiple expensive shoes in a size up so the orthotics could fit. They still didn't fit, and now I have $500 worth of shoes I can't wear because they are a size bigger than mine. I still have foot and knee pain. Overall very frustrating.
