I have been coming for over 2 years for chiropractic therapy for my lower back and neck. Dr. Kentia Jean-Charles is very wonderful. She let me know that she will do her best which she did. She also told me that I will need surgery based on the ongoing limitations and pain I'm having, and she was right. I have been coming for Chiropractic care for almost a year. Both Dr. Fries and Dr. Jean-Charles have been providing exceptional care. Dr. Fries right away advised that I come frequently due to my posture related back pain. I unfortunately was not able to for months due to circumstances. Darkens the Office Manager was completely honest and up front regarding my insurance coverage. She was also understanding of the fact that I couldn't come frequently.
