Great facility, front desk staff the manager everyone very helpful and patient they are excellent,the Chiropractors are excellent Dr Jean and Dr Lauren. Physical therapist Anthony and his assistant they are excellent too PT is very gentle. Pain management doctor and Acupuncture Specialist they are excellent.Being getting treatment for my back and I never ever regret choosing this place. Place is always clean I have no issues or complaints about this facility.

I was referred to Dr. Charles by a lady who randomly witnessed me experiencing pain while at a nail salon in Bedstuy. She raved about how Dr. Charles “whipped her back in to shape” and I was immediately committed to getting on her schedule. I was relieved to find she accepted my insurance and had availability for new patients. I booked via Zoc Doc and her assistant called to confirm and get my insurance.
