This is the most rude and obnoxious man I've ever met. I had an appointment there at 9 a.m. on Friday. I arrived at 8:45 a.m. . He told me my appointment wasn't until 9 to leave and come back in a rude tone of voice. So I went to get me a biscuit and came back. I was sitting in the parking lot back away from the place of business . I was eating my biscuit waiting on 9 to arrive . I will have to say, over the years I have bought a lot of cars and Israel was one to the best salesman and person I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend everyone to do business with Israel at Walkertown Tire Service.
They need to stand by the service they provide. They patched a tire for me, only for it to go flat the next morning. He seemed uncertain it would even work, and said I'd probably need a new tire. But he attempted to fix it anyway. I trusted he knew what he was doing, but apparently not. He should've just said I don't feel like this will work, and a new tire is in your best interest. But instead he took my $20, and refused to refund it after his failed attempt to patch it. Won't ever go back here nor recommend them to anyone.
I have bought my tires from here and they look brand new and I have driven on those tires for 2 years! they were the least expensive tires they had also. I did run over a piece of metal coming back from Winston Salem today so after the donut was put on my tire on the side of the road by my daughter, I drove to Walkertown Tire. he had to order the tire that I needed so he let me borrow a tire until Monday. no deposit no worries just a good down-to-earth man. I highly recommend this place for the only place to buy your tires!

After being a customer of Walkertown tire for many years ,,,I’ve decided that anyone that has such a bad attitude as they have, yelling at my mother ,,,apparently because they don’t like to serve the public, I will never darken their doors again, shade tree mechanic is better than disrespectful attitude,, she’s 83 years old , you can treat people like they do but eventually it catches up with you,,as I’m sure management will answer to a higher power for the way they talked to my dear Christian mother.
