I brought in my 2024 Toyota Tundra for an alignment after installing a lift kit. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a long and costly ordeal due to your service department’s negligence. After waiting 4.5 hours, I was told the truck was ready. Just bought a new 2025 RAV4 Limited from Carol Becker. This is my 4th RAV and am very pleased with it. Carol spent a very long time with me going over all the updates in the car but especially on setting up the multimedia aspects. Like talking to an old friend!
The staff and service are top notch. The friendly, efficient service is appreciated. I am and will continue to be a Toyota fan.
Never would I ever trust this shop for purchasing or repairs. We had to get our car serviced. They said they'd send us an estimate of costs, which they didn't do. They told us the repairs would take "a few weeks" but didn't give us a courtesy vehicle. If you want a Toyota, go to HEFFNER in Cambridge!
