As a perspective renter at first glance this place was hopeful and very well priced. We visited and the staff and rooms seemed decent so I decided this would be a place I would want to live. After paying a 60$ application fee and $250 deposit on a one bedroom apt, Walker's Station called me back a few days before I was officially supposed to sign the lease and said they had rented the apt I had already put a deposit on and said they would not transfer my deposit to another apt!!! Too many water issues; the water goes out for 6-8 hours and sometimes without notice. If you don't believe me, take the six month lease and find out for yourself.

Our carpets hardly have any fibers left. Upon going on a year, the person who lives next door, pipe burst and it caused flooding in our Apt. I was visiting my husband in the Hospital and when I came home; the plumber for the Apartments, left my front door wide open and he was out in the parking lot with no one watching my Apt. I was sooo upset because someone could have walked in and taken something of ours or stolen our private mail that I keep on my desk. Flies, gnats and insects coming in, you can imagine how upset I was.... read more
