Don't waste your time/energy trying to move here unless you want the run around, unprompt responses & unanswered questions. When trying to inquire/apply, it took nearly a month of back & forth emails with the property manager Jaclyn because she never answers the phone & is hardly in the office during posted hours which are already limited to begin with. Terrible place to live, management is a joke, maintenance is a joke, they treat people poorly, they don't have solutions when problems arise, a lot of gossiping, nothing is taken seriously, this place is prejudice as well. I do not recommend moving here, don't waste your time or money. You'll constantly get the run around and if you have issues you'll then be blamed for everything. You only got one star because I had to, otherwise you would of got NONE terrible apartment complex
Jackie needs to be fired. She is very unprofessional, rude to her staff (including our previous maintenance guy), she has gotten into kids faces up here which is completely unacceptable. She has tried and seemingly still is trying to be sneaky with money. (I.g she wont put payments through/accept them, asking for double what rent is, when i pay i usually do extra and it never shows on my balance.) She desperately needs transferred or fired. I am trying to find out how long the waiting list is.I tried calling.I did drop off my application.I did get an email back saying I was on the waiting list but i'm not for sure if that means we were approved Or not and how long the waiting list is? I need to find a place before July 1st I really would like to get into this place and understand staff is busy. I don't mean to be a pest. I'm just wondering whether or not to move on or not.
