The sales staff particularly Andreas and sales manager Jan bent over backwards to make our car buying experience an easy and peaceful one. They exceeded our expectations. They showed us features benefits and comparisons we are most pleased with the purchase of our two Mazdas a 6 and a CX9.
I will NEVER go here again. Rude manager If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Let me tell you why. A few years ago, I bought a 2008 Mazda 3 here, and was told the aux input worked, it had satellite, 6cd changer ETC. Woohoo! Except no one told me until AFTER I bought the car that the aux only worked if you didn't have satellite, otherwise you had to buy a $300 switch box to make it work, and the dealer refused to eat the cost even though that was a main selling point for me.
Incredible Service – Just purchased a 2007 Outback from Walkers. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from them in the past 5 years. They have the best prices around along with the best vehicles in the best condition. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they have been up front and straight forward every time. There are no hidden fees, games or tricks involved. I get all of my families cars detailed by them as well on a bi-monthly basis and every time I am impressed at what an amazing job they do.
Great Experience! – I have a great experience after visiting several auto dealers; finally I found what I was looking for a courteous and friendship atmosphere, great sales experience, no hassle and a fair price. It only took 45 minutes to conclude my purchase!!!! ; ) I would recommend this dealership to everyone that I know!! I am completely satisfy!!!! Thank you guys!
Good customer service – I have to say that in spite of bad review, customer service was very good. At least the salesman I dealt with was very polite and considerate of what I wanted and in the price range I was looking for. So keep up the good work.
