I witnessed Keith physically assault my boyfriend after breaking into the house outside of office hours. Do not rent from this company, Keith will assault you and manipulate every part of the situation.
Do NOT rent from this company. Keith was nice at first when we signed the lease and after our roommate moved out after a year the house was put up for sale by the owner and Keith started to nickel and dime us for A LOT. We received multiple notices/charges for the yard when the grass/weeds were not at all tall and even shortly after it had already been cut. He gave us a 3-day notice to quit for "waste" when he was solely basing off hearsay from realtors/potential buyers rather than doing his job and coming to see for himself... read more
Keith is a rude man who borders on criminal. He feels like he can walk all over you and will bleed you dry of as much money as he possibly can, while simultaneously doing absolutely nothing all day. New management is needed as soon as possible. I do not recommend working with them in any capacity.
My landlords, I love how well they communicate and are very easygoing.
