Took my sick Linnie today. The staff were great and so compassionate. Unfortunately my bird was palliative and had to be euthanized. I was treated by all with respect and compassion.
They have always put our pets first, are reasonable, and transparent. We have been going there since we moved to Burlington in 2020.
am deeply devastated by my experience with this clinic, escpecially Dr.Jafferi. I brought my cat in for grooming, expecting proper care and clear communication. Unfortunately, after the treatment/procedure, my cat’s condition rapidly worsened. What hurt the most was the lack of transparency and urgency. Would give a zero if there was that option. Our dog was injured and required stitches on his upper leg. We brought him in and Dr. Iftikhar Akrim quoted $3840 for the procedure. This shocked us and when we questioned the high cost. he said he could reduce the price by $500 if we didn’t do the blood work first. We decided to try another nearby vet but were still charged by Walkers Line $120 for the consult. We took him to Nelson Veterinary who saw him right away and quote was $1,100.
