These people are very rude an no help at all. Do not use them.
Have used them for quite a while with no real issues to speak of.
I have inquired with Walker's several times about tubing for my dads concentrator and they have always been so professional and courteous and have always helped me out. Thank you Walker's for being a caring, customer based business.
Not helpful with it comes to billing questions. Always bouncing the issue between local , district, and insurance . They scam scam people and 2 of the Rotech people I have spoke to have said this .
We try to get my grandmother's auction prescription filled through them. They said we'd have to have oxygen concentrator and everything else through them for a month before they'd even consider getting her a portable concentrator. That is terrible business practice. We won't be using them just for that reason.
