If I could leave zero stars I would. This company does not hold up their legal obligation of supporting families with coordinated care. Anytime I have a question the Ara (front desk girl) has no idea. And they also don’t like you asking about the stipend because they keep 50% for processing the payment… when the caregiver is taking care of the PATIENT 24/7 and filing out the required paperwork and sending it in on the CAREGiVERS time. If I could give it 00000 I definitely would!! Clarice Neal who our family was working with didn’t do ANYTHING she was supposed to do with CAP/DA concerning my father. We were absolutely green in what to do and how to get things for his total home care. My family basically did most of the work while we kept HER abreast of things. After we switched agencies apparently she NEVER updated my father’s files. Slow to respond and when we had to switch home health care it was because of her ineptitude that caused us to be without car... read more
Terrible people terrible stay and they will lie to you. They only want your money the don’t care about your loved ones.
