Walker's Auto has gone above and beyond for me as a customer and for that, Im a loyal customer. Their prices are lower than anyone and they have excellent customer service. I have been a customer since 2010 and I always gladly recommend them when I speak about auto repair. They actually treat you like family instead of customer. I leave there calling them by their name feeling like a friend instead of a customer. If you need repair, go there!!!
Affordable, quick, and friendly service providers. They can fix anything in a timely manner and help you avoid unnecessary costs and procedures. Also provide shuttle service if you need a ride from the shop. Highly favored and highly recommended.
I moved to Valdosta about 10 months ago and was looking for an auto service garage. I asked a few people where I worked, when I went the recommended garages I was very unhappy with attitude and treating me like I was not important. I am a VSU college student & I always take my car to Walkers because they have excellent mechanics, reasonable prices & great Customer service.
Walker's Auto Repair was very nice and was willing to answer any questions I had.They are very honest people and the labor is reasonable, which is something I can appreciate being a college student.
I recently had my car serviced for what I thought was a bad starter. Well , they tried to see if any battery cables were corroded and turns out it was. It was fixed for acouple hours. Turns out it was my starter. I called and they had a tow truck at my door the next day and took it to the shop to put a starter right in. In my eyes honesty is key. Good quality service. Everyone I have taken either of my vehicles here, the service had been excellent. Even when they checked out my car and weren't able to repair that specific need, they referred me to someone who could. They are always friendly and helpful.
Beware! Dropped off vehicle for a scheduled appointment on Friday for a 4 hour cv axle replacement job. Vehicle didn't get touched until noon on Saturday and I received a phone call stating they had looked up the wrong labor hours and it was supposed to be a 6 hour job. No worries. To summarize the next 5 days they did not finish the job because they were too small time to have the equipment to push in wheel bearings and the price went up $300 than quoted because they were too small time to account for all parts needed to do... read more
