They do not stand by their sliding door products. I have issues with 2 sliding doors installed at my new home in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. From the day I moved in the doors have never functioned as advertised. Now that they are out of warranty, I can't a decent proposal from Walker Windows to perform a service call. The doors have never properly opened/closed after 2+ service calls and each time the excuse is the house is settling just keep the doors lubricated and cleaned.
