Horrible place to live, they have RATS, poor treatment towards tenants, maintenance is inexperienced & lazy. I would leave 0 stars if I could
Fabulous adaptive reuse property!
This place has ups and downs. But mostly downs. You definitely get a very nice sized apartment for the price. Gorgeous rooms, high ceilings etc. but that’s about all you get here. My roommate and I struggle to get into the building 90% of the time. We spend over an hour everyday just simply trying to get into the garage or for the key fob to register so the side door will open.
