This storage facility is operated by friendly, reasonable, non-corporate humans. If you've rented from one of the "big" places, then you know exactly why this is so important. There was always staff on-site during business hours and they would say hello and their very friendly dog would also say hi . They were always very understanding and good communicators. I've used this location for years. I give them a 5 star
All employees are great most of the customers are great but you do have to be careful, some have a screw loose and will try to fight you over literally nothing. If they were all level headed this would be a 5 star place but you've got a few who ruin it
Lori is GREAT! The place is always clean. Loved renting here for nearly 10 years.
