TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! & THE NEIGHBORS ARE JUST AS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apt #316 is above us, and they are the worst!! Will be moving out soon, so I feel absolutely terrible for the people that will be moving into our place. Complained to the management & they said that "they are are free to stomp around and make noise as much as they like since it's not during quiet hours. 10pm-7am." then she added "the wife is very pregnant and they don't make noise."
