Dr Walker is smart, responsive and patient focused. The ultimate FAMILY doctor and has helped me and my husband navigate challenging conditions over the past 20+ years. We are blessed to be on his patient list. While I have never encountered the rudeness mentioned in other reviews I can only imagine the stress affiliated with running a medical office and would encourage people to be patient as Dr. Walker and Bev are people too.
Terrible service. This is my family doctor, but I don’t live nearby, and the office won’t respond to emails or take phone appointments. When I finally got through, I spoke with Bev, the secretary, and asked, “If Steve (the doctor) doesn’t do emails or phone appointments, then what can he do?” She took offense and hung up. Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I should also mention that in the 20 years Steve has been my doctor, he hasn’t once done a check-up on me.
