Everything was well explained. The surgery went well and the follow up was excellent.
Dr Walker is a very special Eye Doctor that I felt privileged to have look after my injury. much more recommended than the doctors that I had met before at hospital. He had such delicate precision, care and great deal of patience that I would recommend to anyone needing an expert for eye treatment. Ps I’d wait all day in waiting rooms knowing that I’d be able to see Dr walker :), much success to you 🙋
Recently took my Mother here for a consult. The waiting room was full of people at 930. Which is probably why they tell you to allow for 1-2 hour appointment. Obviously this office is not familiar with Health information confidentiality. In a tiny wait room to be expecting clients to rhyme off their health history and medication list and address and phone number is unacceptable. Hopefully the Surgeon is good because your waiting a year after consult for surgery.
His receptionist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She treated me like a piece of meat, told me all appts were an hour to 2 hour waits, almost snarled and never looked at me while talking. After over an hour I left without seeing the DR. ---who is great. What a pity
His receptionist is the absolute worst. She is rude and doesn't let you speak. She wouldn't let me make an appointment, saying I had two no shows and owed a fee. When I tried telling her that I didn't, my Mother spent 2022 and 2023 in the Cancer Center, I wouldn't make an appointment, she hung up on me. Their old receptionist was great, i spoke to her in 2021 and she canceled my upcoming appointment and said to call and rebook when I could. Please avoid his office at all costs.
