This place is absolutely garbage. I used this company over 2 years ago and my time with the company was trash. Not to mention when I left they took no action in assuring me that I would get my deposit back. After several attempts I just stopped. Fast forward to a year and a half later I get a call from this company saying that owe me money. No emails no phone calls just them saying that they did not have the right forwarding address. Walker Rentals managed my property in Waynesville, MO, with very few issues for 5 years, UNTIL the current owners and management bought them. I have many rentals and many AirBnBs across the US, and never have I had such a bad experience with a management company. They were basically just drawing a 10% pay check. Honestly, the management team was a joy. They are real genuine people who helped my family immensely. They answered my concerns and Kerri was an absolute joy. Some would almost say a Kare Bear . Ashley was super thorough during the inspection process and I truly appreciate her attention to detail. Good group of people just trying to help an area that needs a decent rental group.
They don’t answer the phone. They rarely responds to emails. I don’t know what’s going on with this poor customer service. Our master bedroom flooded twice, the garbage disposal needs to be replaced (it is worsened the obvious wood rot under the sink) and there are plenty more issues that they still haven’t fixed it. I would not recommend renting with them.
