They don’t answer the phone. They rarely responds to emails. I don’t know what’s going on with this poor customer service. Our master bedroom flooded twice, the garbage disposal needs to be replaced (it is worsened the obvious wood rot under the sink) and there are plenty more issues that they still haven’t fixed it. I would not recommend renting with them.

I’m not sure what happen with walker whether there are new property management but they don’t answer their phone. I’m a home owner but if they are not good I will be moving to different property management
I've had better customer service from a 37 year old Indian scam caller telling me my social security number has been expired. They clearly care more about laundering money, then getting new customers. Save yourself the headache. You work hard, rent through somebody else.
