We had a very easy transition into our home. This company is quick to communicate back and when we arrived at the home to inspect before moving in, they go above and beyond to make sure it’s in tip top shape. Edit, several years later we finally moved out and are now homeowners! We loved living in our rental, it was a great experience. We got most of our deposit back too! Walker Rentals was always quick to figure things out with us and I could not recommend them more.

Do not use this company. They gave me keys to go tour a property that either had a squatter or had a resident living in. They informed me the property was vacant and available to rent. I am a 28 year old female with a 8 month old. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly unsafe.
Failed to fix my oven for the last month I lived there, then charged $85 to tighten screws on a doorknob and towel bar despite marking these items "satisfactory" on the move out report. All but 1 of the employees (Ashley) are rude and unprofessional and make you feel like a jerk for asking to have things fixed. Unfortunately, there are not many other options near FLW. This place is absolutely garbage. I used this company over 2 years ago and my time with the company was trash. Not to mention when I left they took no action in assuring me that I would get my deposit back. After several attempts I just stopped. Fast forward to a year and a half later I get a call from this company saying that owe me money. No emails no phone calls just them saying that they did not have the right forwarding address.
