We have been using Walker Pest Management for four years and are very satisfied with the service. Every technician has been professional, courteous, and respectful. The office reminds you to schedule your monthly maintenance. If you have any issues, they will return free of charge to rectify. If I could leave zero stars I would. Waited 2 weeks for our appointment and worked around work schedule to be here for 10am appointment. No call - no show. When calling the company, supervisor said, "We've been dropping the ball a lot in the Charleston area and unfortunately won't be able to get anyone there today". If they can't commit to a first appointment then they won't be able to conduct good business in the future.
