It’s infested with mice
If I could give 0 stars I would. please save yourself money, IT IS MICE INVESTED!!! The exterminator services only set out glue traps which doesn’t help AT ALL. SMH, Paying all this money & can’t even get a proper exterminator. I have young children & it’s to the point wheee it’s affecting their sleep or everyday movements because they are scared. Mice hiding in the oven, windows, and any place they can find. I haven’t even been here a year yet & i will not be renewing my lease.
Second week of moving in ROACHES were all in the refrigerator cabinet on the walls , water was not working , tub needed to be repainted & worst of all mice were making holes everyday we made endless reports but still nothing has been fixed they don’t care as long as they are getting rent money THEY DO NOT CARE then on top of that I cut myself with the bathroom door nob not once but twice DO NOT MOVE HERE
I have been renting 4 years in the 1928 building and I cannot install the comcas TV service and I am tired of going to speak with the administration I think I am going to give them a star I think they do not deserve it
