very close friend of mine order her home roofing through this company due to good reviews. when her roofing came in the color was not what she wanted, when she called to get this changed out they told her no. Due to it being a custom cut she couldn’t change it out. Sadly she is now stuck with this color she does not like on her home for years. Would never give them business on how upset she was with what she has to stay with on her home.
These reviews is what made me choose to buy my new roofing material here. Now that I received it today. It's not the color that I wanted. Charcoal is what I ordered and what I got was gray. The website colors is very misleading. Charcoal is almost black and is what I asked for. I called today to let them know they told me gray is there Charcoal. If I wanted gray I would have asked for it. Now they will not let me return to get what I wanted. I'm very upset to think I'm stuck with this ugly color.............if I could I woul... read more
