I wished I would have read these reviews before I lost $5000
He did my mom’s trust, but then when we needed to get some advice, his office always made excuses and no one ever called back. We even went in person, and the secretary was extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not use this attorney if you want customer service after the initial check has been cut. They will not call you back because they DO NOT care. You can’t act like this in Cenla and expect good reviews.
We did a trust with them several years ago. Called them to revise our beneficiaries and were told that they would not do this and referred us to another attorney. We contacted the attorney and he told us that he would have to do a new trust for $2,500. I typed a revised beneficiaries’ page signed, dated and had it witnessed. Hope this will be legal when needed.
Do not work with this law firm. Will never return any questions you have and refuse to answer your questions.
