I had put my 2014 Dodge Durango in the shop they had my truck for almost 2 months. Got paid well over 6,000 from my warranty. They replaced lifters, an a thermostat. Only for my truck to run hot an the check engine light back on. Took it to a street mechanic an found out they had broken a part of the thermostat that they put on there. Just a waste of my time an my warranty.
Ellena Sellers is the best sales agent there is at the entire dealership! She's a true professional and treated me with kindness and respect and she was and to find me a truck that fit my budget and one that had a lot of features in it! If I buy from Walker Jones again, she's definitely the sales agent I'll be contacting at the RAM dealership! You should give her a try too!
Great experience this far. Responsive, a little slow getting to finish line due a 2 hour wait on paperwork though. It was a Sunday with skeleton crew so I can understand! Shane was very helpful.
My wife went this morning to look at new 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s. Excited , she actually found one with the sticker price of $45,580. We talked with the sales person inside and she got the sticker price down to $41,330. I asked the sales person what the price of the vehicle was out the door with tax , tag , title and interest and she told me it was $45,631.17. Waiting to see what they do about a family members car . She had it towed to walker Jones for repairs. They charged her almost $900.00 to replace the gear shifter. After several different events happened at the shop it would finally drive , she made it home with it the next day it wont shift , hopefully they will fix the issues . I will gladly describe what happens in my update real soon !!!
