Went to a local Honda dealer near me and was completely disappointed with the services. Called Walker Jones and talked to Kidd, he immediately showed concern about what I was saying. He, and Katherine did everything they could. Went above and beyond for me to be able to drive off the lot in a brand new CRV. I am so pleased with this experience. I had my vehicle serviced at Walker Jones Honda and left satisfied. The Service Advisors were quite nice and knowledgeable. While waiting for service, I looked at new trucks on the lot because I am 99.9% sure I want to buy a new (2025) truck. No sales person approached to offer assistance. I went inside and asked a person, sitting in an office, if he was in sales, and he said yes. I told him exactly what I was looking for. He said he did not have one, but one was on the way in about 3-4 weeks. That's where it pretty much end... read more
