I was passing through Waycross in route to Louisiana, my truck electronics started going crazy. I called Walker, Josh and the service staff got the truck in/out so that I could get back on the road. I'm truly grateful that they listened and helped me get rolling again.

I’ve given this service department more than enough chances, and it’s clear nothing is ever going to change. This isn’t the first time the lack of communication has been a problem. It’s not the first time I’ve scheduled a first-thing-in-the-morning appointment, only to get my truck back right before closing. Today was the worst yet — I didn’t hear a word from anyone until about 30 minutes before closing. I dealt with Rick as my salesman and at 40 years old, this was the first new/almost new vehicle I've ever bought. Rick was very easy to work with. I'm a salesman myself so I was on guard for him to try and upsale me on different things. He was straight up the entire time. The 2024 Sierra Slt was shown to have 12k miles on it online, but it actually had 16k on it bc one of the managers was driving as a demo.
