Walker went above and beyond to help us find our home in a way that I have never seen (or heard of) a realtor do. He found out the background information we needed to make a smart offer, helped us pinpoint an area that suited our needs and helped us manage our contract to close period. I've worked with Walker repeatedly. He is creative, diligent, and fast. I especially appreciate the creativity since many agents are diligent and fast.
Walker did an outstanding job. He knew how to price my home properly. He helped me select the offers that came in and negotiate items on the inspectors' list. When the closing time was unrealistic, he negotiated something that worked. He knew legal implications which the other agent did not. To top it all off he friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
