My condo AC stopped working and I gave Clarence a call. Even though he was already on his way to another job, he took the time to walk me through a few potential issues and some basic troubleshooting steps. Honestly wasn't expecting that, and it was hugely appreciated. Service like this is tough to come by these days. I'd recommend him any day of the week.
Clarence is great. He came recommended by others in my building, and I'd do the same. I found him to be resourceful and thorough, taking care to troubleshoot the issue properly, and most importantly, honest and clear in explaining the required work.
Called Clarence with my AC issue and he made it very easy to fix my unit. Thankfully he was quick to help because it's been pretty hot lately. Would definitely recommend!
