Nick was fantastic and truly went above and beyond explaining things to me in detail as he worked doing the duct cleaning and dryer line clean out . He also did the yearly maintenance on our furnace system and got things running and sounding better than they have in years where other techs couldn’t pinpoint a problem. Who gets same day service in this heat? I did! Called asking for water heater service, technician was out within two hours, problem solved. I will using this company the next issue we have. Thank you Nick for great customer service!!!
Wonderful experience with Walker. When you have someone into your home, you always hope to feel comfortable around them (especially when it takes 4 plus hours). Technicians were very friendly and cleaned up everything well. I also loved to see a younger gentleman in training. We would definitely have them out for any further heating and air needs.

This company is incredibly focused on providing superior customer service. The technician (Raphie) was on time, called to confirm the appointment on the day of service, and showed up on time. He was very thorough, professional, and explained everything to me with patience. Raphie was very respectful and extremely pleasant to deal with.
