2 months ago- This 1 star will reflect the customer service I recieved on a phone call I made to the cancer clinic to obtain a letter for my employer today Wednesday November 26 at 12:09 PM. After listening to the automated recording, I was connected with a live rep at reception. As I began to explain my inquiry, she rudely cut me off and stated in an extremely negative tone "uh can I have your mother's name please and thank you ok" though she may think she was not being rude, the call was made on speaker phone amongst my fa... read more
I have recently finished 15 radiation treatments at the Walker Cancer Centre. I would like to thank all of the wonderful staff that I have met when visiting there. Dr Dinniwell is the kindest, most wonderful doctor that I could ever had in managing my radiation treatments. His nurse Leeanne is very sweet also. I will still have scans and more visits to go which I am sure will go well also. I feel so fortunate that we have such an excellent cancer hospital in Niagara. Thank you all!
Life happens and we don't always take it as we should, when we should, how we should and all the rest....To put almost 5 years into a constant place you get to actually know what truly goes on.
