This 1 star will reflect the customer service I recieved on a phone call I made to the cancer clinic to obtain a letter for my employer today Wednesday November 26 at 12:09 PM. After listening to the automated recording, I was connected with a live rep at reception. As I began to explain my inquiry, she rudely cut me off and stated in an extremely negative tone "uh can I have your mother's name please and thank you ok" though she may think she was not being rude, the call was made on speaker phone amongst my family members w... read more

Laura at reception at Walker is getting genuinely a kind person.. I was a bit anxious on a recent visit and she was so nice to deal with when I checked in
The nurses and staff were incredibly supportive throughout my treatment. Could not have asked for better care. So grateful for the team that took care of me..
This is a difficult journey to take for the person with cancer and the care givers it can be very overwhelming but the staff here is absolutely amazing from reception to the oncologist Dr Clayden is so kind and supportive he takes time to listen and answer all of my many questions returned every phone call and his nurse Mary is just as amazing very genuine and kind This is not the situation anyone would want to be in but having caring kind staff makes it just a bit easier
