I am disappointed in the services that i have received overall. I verbally accepted a plan for furnace maintenance, however I haven't sign any plan that i am paying for monthly. First, I reached out to the company because it was highly recommended that they had seasoned, well experienced technicians whom specialized on geothermal furnaces. However the technician came for my furnace turned out to be a new hire. He had to make calls a couple of times to speak with those technicians in order to complete the service.
