We were very happy with the service call. The technician was very knowledgeable and advised us as to next steps needed. We are now waiting for the City to fix the issue on city property.
Technicien arrived on time, was thorough and completed the inspection in no time.
Needed a new furnace. Called Walker and Rep who came was Excellent and described different options and what would be best fit for our budget. Installers were great did very good job were professional and took care to not damage anything. Installer who came for humidifier was Excellent very very professional meticulous and very good….took time to explain everything. Overall the whole team at Walker was very professional and on time.
