Legendary service from Walker! Of course the A/C dies during a heatwave and they sent a technician as soon as I called them, and fixed my problem. I haven't heard of customer service like this, seriously! More recently, Walker Climate Care replaced my air conditioner with a heat pump add-on unit. The job was done with immaculate precision and when they left, everything was spotless. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
I decided to go with the heat pump system, and I’m very happy with the choice—the price was excellent, and the system runs smoothly. Although there were a few issues with the sales process where some details weren’t explained, the team listened to my concerns and helped resolve everything in a timely manner.
