The customer service staff and the technicians (and there were many!) who helped fixe our hot water tanks were fabulous. But the 2-star review is because of the HORRIBLE service we received from their accounting department when we dared to ask for clarification around a perceived billing error. I’ve used Walker Climate Care several times now. The technicians themselves have always been great, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the quality of time management and service coordination has been extremely poor. This is the third time I’ve had major scheduling issues, including missed or delayed appointments with little to no communication. I strongly recommend not signing up for the subscription model, it doesn’t make you a priority, and the company simply doesn’t respect your time.
I really want to give Walker Climate Care a good review, but I just can’t. Back in July my wife and I had our 2nd child, and with the massive heatwave going on, we decided we needed Central Air to help keep everyone cool and happy. Ethan and his team did an excellent job! They installed our new tankless water heater and ran new gas pipes with great skill and attention to detail. The work was completed efficiently, everything was left clean, and the system is working perfectly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
