After our old water heater stopped working right at the start of a long holiday weekend, we knew we needed help fast. We decided to get a new water heater and saw a sign saying if we called before noon, we could have same-day delivery and installation. Walker Brothers Plumbing & Water Heaters is always our first choice for any plumbing needs at home, for our rentals, and for our small business. Whenever we call, the folks answering the phone are friendly and helpful, making it easy to set up an appointment that fits our busy schedule. Donald is really friendly and offers great prices! He arrived quickly and took the time to explain everything about the plumbing work. At first, we asked him to come out for an estimate on our water heater, and he gave us the estimate for free. We didn’t need to fix the water heater right away, so we put that on hold. kingston came out to our house right on time. he was very polite and gave us a clear estimate after checking out the leak. when he learned that i had put in the bathroom faucets myself, he told me i'd have no trouble replacing the kitchen faucet, too. kingston took the time to explain what the job would involve and gave me lots of plumbing tips. after all his helpful advice, he didn’t charge me anything. i really appreciate that he stuck around to guide me through the repair, even though he didn’t have to.
