I am so happy here at Walker Ave Apartments is perfect to walk to and from UNCG and close to downtown! whenever I have an issue management responds right away! Highly recommend.
The apartment complex's location is amazing! Its super close to school and work, which makes commuting a breeze. Best thing is how quiet it is. The property managers are fantastic, they're always quick to respond to any maintenance request and when we cross paths they are super friendly.
I subleased a room from my friend here because I was in desperate need of a place to stay. I didn’t get to see the apartment before moving in. The whole place could use some upgrading & cleaning. I moved in in August and have had the worst experience with waterbugs and cockroaches. I spray raid and everything & still woke up the other morning to one crawling on my bed I would not recommend this place unless you get to view the apartment first or the whole apartment has been cleaned.
