I took my van in to get a detail and when I went to pick it up it was parked in the grass- one of the guys didn't realize the grass was wet and the tires were muddy. I totally understand and mistakes happen- Dustin and his wife were so apologetic and made it right- I couldn't get back in until a couple weeks later and not only did they wash the tires...they cleaned the whole thing again!
